You’re slammed with the daily challenges of running your business. How do you find time to learn about ways to solve sticky problems or learn new strategies to help you grow your business?

One solution: Listen to small business podcasts. Many entrepreneurs are tuning into them because they are convenient and offer insights from experts, including experienced entrepreneurs.

While there are many general small business podcasts (here’s a list of best small business podcasts, nominated by entrepreneurs), there are also ones that speak directly to specific small business problems and challenges.

“I think that’s a big part of the value of podcasts—you can drill down to content that fits your sector,” says William Gadea, creative director and founder of IdeaRocket LLC, a provider of animated videos for businesses. As an added bonus, Gadea says the content sinks in better when he’s listening to a podcast versus reading a blog post. “There’s a probative value—and a human interest—in hearing the message from a human voice,” he adds.

So which podcasts are best for entrepreneurs? Here are 10 specialized podcasts that offer something for everybody.

SaaStr Podcast

If you are building or growing a SaaS business, you may already be a fan of the SaaStr PodcastThe podcast features leaders in the SaaS space and is hosted by Harry Stebbings, who is sometimes joined by Jason Lemkin—a well-known expert and influencer in SaaS.

Steven Benson, founder and CEO of the sales route planner app Badger Maps, has listened to all 90 or so SaaStr episodes. He says, “Between the two of their networks, I think they have their pick of the litter in terms of who you would want to interview on a show to cover a concept in SaaS. And because of Jason’s expertise, they know what the most important concepts are to cover.”

The Femtrepreneur Show

Planning on creating an online course? Then The Femtrepreneur Show may be for you. Entrepreneur Samantha Skelton, who is in the process of launching her online business The Constant Creative, is a regular listener and says she loves how hosts Mariah Coz and Megan Minns are willing to share their years of business experience with other entrepreneurs.

Skelton cites episode #19, “How to Create a Content Strategy for a Launch With Maya Elias,” as one of her favorites. “[It] rocked my socks!” she says. “It was so informative in regards to creating strategic content leading up to a launch.”

Build a Better Agency

Build a Better Agency is a weekly podcast for agency owners and leaders, and is hosted by Drew McLellan, owner of the Agency Management Institute. McLellan interviews guests who have deep expertise in areas critical to agencies, including sales and management. William Gadea recommends this podcast and listens to it on his commute home. He says he appreciates McLellan’s “empathetic” interview style.

Bowery Capital Startup Sales Podcast

What business doesn’t need to sell? Bowery Capital Startup Sales Podcast is devoted to this essential job. Though many episodes focus on SaaS sales, there are plenty of episodes that cover general sales topics, giving this podcast a broad appeal. Trey Koios, CEO of Koios, which helps libraries appear in search engines, considers the podcasts that cover sales and marketing invaluable.
